The Toolbox is a user interface that provides access to the common tools and operations available in Blue Pencil. Among other things, the Toolbox UI allows users to quickly switch between tools, add and remove keys, change the drawing color and toggle the lightbox.
The Toolbox UI can be displayed by selecting Toolbox... from the main menu (Blue Pencil->Toolbox...).
A shelf button can be created by holding down Ctrl+Shift and selecting Toolbox... from the main menu.

A context-sensitive menu is displayed by right-clicking on the Toolbox. This menu provides quick access to additional user interfaces and dialogs.

Tools and Operations
The Toolbox contains the main tools and operations for working with Blue Pencil. Left-click on the button to activate the tool or perform the specific operation.
|Activate the Pencil Tool.|
|Activate the Brush Tool.|
|Activate the Eraser Tool.|
|Activate the Eyedropper Tool.|
|Insert a blank key at the current time.|
|Duplicate the previous key at the current time.|
|Remove the key at the current time.|
|Cut the key at the current time and copy it to the clipboard.|
|Copy the key at the current time to the clipboard.|
|Paste the contents of the clipboard at the current time.|
|Toggles the display of keys prior to the current time. Right-click on this button to change the lightbox settings.|
|Toggles the display of keys after to the current time. Right-click on this button to change the lightbox settings.|
The color swatch button displays the current drawing color. To change the current color, click on the color swatch and select an new color from the Color Select dialog.
