What's New in Keyframe Pro 2

Keyframe Pro 2 has been built from the ground up with a focus on performance, accuracy and general workflow. Everything from the decoding engine to the rendering engine, the user interface, annotations and the export process, have been broken down, analysed, rebuilt and tested to ensure the best possible end user experience.

New and highly requested features have been implemented that were not previously possible in the original Keyframe Pro. Additionally, Keyframe Pro 2’s architecture offers greater flexibility and potential for future development.

Viewer

Audio

  • Import audio files into a project
  • Source audio offset
  • Add audio sources to a Timeline
  • Override Timeline audio with an audio source
  • Time stretch audio during playback at different speeds

Video

  • New hardware rendering engine
  • Overall faster decoding of media files
  • Parallel decoding for image sequences
  • Colorspace enhancements
  • HDR Tonemapping

Annotations

  • New and updated annotation tools
  • Tool properties toolbar
  • Quick select color palette
  • Static background annotation layer
  • Ghosting by annotation (in addition to by frame)
